Driver and Operator Handbook...

In the last 12-18 months, the transport industry has seen more changes than in the whole of the last 20 years, specifically the legislation for the mandatory requirement of digital tachographs in May 2006, the Working Time Directive, and the amended Drivers’ Hours Regulations that came into force in April this year.
