Tachodisc is constantly pushing the boundaries of research and development in order to offer groundbreaking tachograph technologies that not only help drivers and operators keep within the law, but also simplify the issue of digital data downloading and analysis. With this in mind, Tachodisc has developed a full range of products and services to cater for all business needs and budgets, and the latest software programme from the Clockwatcher range is Clockwatcher Lite.
Launched this month, Clockwatcher Lite is an affordable, simple to use programme that will enable drivers and operators to perform all the fundamental tasks needed to meet the legal requirements for downloading and storing all digital data in its original format.
Developed in response to customer needs, Clockwatcher Lite is a new and improved downloading software programme, and has many innovative features, including simplified screen layout-outs, the ability to view and store data from the vehicle unit downloads, including faults, events and speed data, plus it will also allow operators to read speed data in a table format and highlight overspeeds.
Clockwatcher Lite also enables drivers and operators to view and print Smartcard information via activity reports, including daily summaries as well as minute-by-minute information during individual shifts. It also reports an analogue style timeline which includes daily graphical representations for driver activities.
To simplify the management of data, Clockwatcher Lite will also back-up and export data. Data can also be stored to a local hard-drive or a shared server. Importantly, the stored files can be opened at any time for further inspection and reporting.
With a one-off price of just £95, Clockwatcher Lite is an affordable first option for operators who simply want to download, view and store digital data. For companies who also want to carry out their own analysis for Drivers’ Hours Law and the Road Transport Directive, then the total Clockwatcher computer software package is available. To ease drivers and operators on to this next advanced level of analysis, Tachodisc is offering a 28-day free trial of Clockwatcher.
