Requirements
Minimum Requirement 64mb graphics card, PC running Microsoft Windows 2000/XP operating system, Intel Pentium 4 or AMD equivalent, 512 MB RAM (no scanner) 200mb (minimum) of uncompressed hard disk space, 1 x CD-ROM drive, PC Monitor/TFT running a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768, a free USB Port, Broadband ADSL/Cable or faster Internet connection for software update and support.
Recommended 128mb graphics card or above, Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4/XP Service Pack 3 operating system/Windows Vista, Intel Pentium 4 or AMD equivalent, 2GB RAM (if running Vista and using a scanner), 200mb (minimum) of uncompressed hard disk space 8X or faster CD-ROM drive, PC Monitor/TFT Display running a resolution of 1280 x 1024 or 1440 x 900 (widescreen) a free USB Port.
Updates will be provided at regular intervals and broadcast to our entire client base. Any requested specific/ bespoke amendments made to the system can be carried out for an extra cost, which will be dependent on the request made and the amount of man hours required to action it. No amendments will be made before a cost is agreed. If any suggested improvements have some benefit to all Clockwatcher users, they will be added to the update schedule; amendments are implemented in order of priority.
The package comes equipped with a comprehensive Help and Quick Start Guide in electronic format which is designed to enable the user to set up and use the system unaided. However, if you prefer additional on-site training or installation, please contact us on 01925 283328 for a quotation.
Tachodisc can only guarantee to offer support for card-readers and other devices supplied by us. Whilst other card readers and devices may be compatible with Clockwatcher, they would not be supported by us for use with Clockwatcher.
Subscription is for a minimum of 12 months from the issue of licence key, which will be issued within 2/3 days from receipt of this agreement. Subscription will be charged quarterly based on number of drivers issued to the licence. Payment for products will be as per our standard Terms and Conditions. Please note that all prices are exclusive of VAT. Carriage will be charged at £7.00 on all orders for products.
Tachodisc can hold no responsibility for violations or infringements highlighted by Clockwatcher. The operator is responsible for the raw data input into Clockwatcher and the implications of any breach of law under Driver Hours legislation or the Working Time Directive that the system may indicate lies squarely with them.
Cancellation of Clockwatcher subscription is required in writing.
