This presents many challenges for the operator, ensuring that the drivers are fully conversant with these new requirements. Drivers have the right to be fully informed and operators have a legal responsibility to ensure that the drivers are conversant witht the law which affects them and the operator.
Tachodisc has provided training in Transport legislation and associated subjects for over 25 years. Since September 2008, Tachodisc has been an approved JAUPT training centre offering Driver CPC courses. Driver CPC is designed to ensure that drivers receive formalised training and to improve road safety and efficiency.
